Losing weight is hard. Losing weight and keeping it off is even harder. Losing weight post-pregnancy is worst! And that’s where I am today.
A few months ago, I suspended blog posts on iamglor.com because I started a new chapter in my life that so far has been the best thing I’ve ever done, ever.
Today however, as my maternity leave gets closer to the end, I am trying to psychologically prepare my brain for major weigh loss regimen. It’s not going to be easy, I know, but I am willing to put in the work.
*I know I have to start small.
*I know not to beat myself up about not dropping 5 pounds per week. (that’s not possible, I know).
*I know I have to change my diet drastically. This should be easy because I’m generally a very healthy eater.
*I know I have to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
My goal is to be active as much as I can, so here’s to losing my pregnancy weight.
