Study says: wine in moderation,  improves cognition.

Yes! I can finally justify my love for wine thanks to this new study. According to ABC News, drinking wine in moderation, of course, will improve cognitive function and overall brain health over time. (watch the VIDEO)

Don’t forget to drink water, too!
